Chase credit cards
Our independent reviews of Chase cards we cover, scored on a transparent rubric. See how we rate, and confirm current terms on the issuer's site before applying.
Chase applies 5/24 before it looks at anything else
If you have opened five or more credit cards with any issuer in the past 24 months, Chase will generally decline a new personal card regardless of your score or income. The count looks outward at your whole wallet, not just at Chase, and authorized user accounts usually count too. Check the number before you apply, because a decline still costs a hard inquiry.
